I believe good design is not an output, it’s a decision-making process that reduces risk, shapes outcomes, and moves the needle on real metrics like adoption, retention, and operational efficiency.

I work with leadership teams on strategy and execution across marketplaces, fintech, platforms, and design systems. Whether it’s defining success metrics, prioritising trade-offs, or partnering on product direction, I operate at the point where ambiguity meets accountability.

Over the past decade I’ve led design efforts that scale across products and people, from building shared systems with 80%+ adoption to redesigning workflows that cut time and support load in half.
